Leadership Programs

Originally founded by Kellogg, the Food Systems Leadership Institute is a prestigious cohort-based curriculum of education for agriculture and food educators at Land Grant universities as well as selected industry leaders. Most participants are deans, assistant deans, and department chairs at universities across the United States.
Bob presents a course on strategic thinking, futuring, and advanced strategic planning for these leaders.

Alberta Canola has retained Bob to educate young potential leaders for the past decade. His course passes on skills of observation, analysis, and forecasting for individuals serving on volunteer boards. His is one part of an integrated learning experience including advocacy, management, media communication, and strategic thinking. Several graduates have gone on to serve Alberta Canola as directors.
